Chef Vivi made it home yesterday, and I just couldn’t think of anything better than chillin’ with a pitcher of Moscato Sangria, some pizza and a whole lot of catchin’ up!!
2 Bottles of your favorite, sweet Moscato
3 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Shots Triple Sec
2 Shots Bacardi Coconut Rum
Fruit of your choice — we used just peaches because that’s what I had but sliced grapes, nectarines, pineapple and orange slices would go very nicely too.
Add the liquids to a pitcher.
Add in sugar and stir until dissolved.Throw in the fruit and let chill for a few hours (giving fruit time to absorb the alcohol)
Serve either straight or fill glass halfway and then add Ginger Ale. *Hint* Italian Moscato has bubbles, domestic Moscato is flat so if you use the Italian, you probably won’t want the ginger ale.

A couple of Maraschino cherries in there would have been pretty!
